By using reviewdigger.com or Review Digger’s services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

1. What we provide

Review Digger provides tech ID badges with QR codes, automated text and email review requests, surveys, a live chat inbox, a website review widget, past-customer review campaigns, and related tools, depending on your plan. Features change over time. Items marked “coming soon” aren’t guaranteed.

2. The Free Google Review Check

It’s a free comparison of your public Google reviews against nearby competitors, based on publicly available information at the time we prepare it. It’s informational only, and we don’t guarantee its accuracy or any result. Requesting it doesn’t obligate you to buy anything.

3. Plans and payment

Plans, pricing, and limits are shown on our website at the time you sign up.

Founding rates: [terms, e.g. rate applies while subscription stays active].

Setup fee: [$197], waived with a [3-month / 6-month] agreement. If you leave before the agreement ends, the setup fee is due.

Cancellation and refund: you may cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After that, the agreement above applies.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Extra techs and replacement badges are billed at the prices listed on our website.

Usage-based costs [such as messaging and AI usage]: [insert your final rebilling language]. We may adjust rates with notice.

If a payment fails, we may pause service until it’s resolved.

4. Fair use

Review requests and campaigns are subject to monthly limits for your plan. We may throttle or pause sending to protect email and phone reputation, deliverability, and compliance.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, including your Google Business Profile access, logo, and tech photos.

Have permission to contact the customers and contacts you add, and permission from your techs to use their name and photo on badges.

Comply with applicable laws, including text and email marketing laws and Google’s review policies.

Don’t offer incentives or discounts for reviews, filter who may leave one, or write or script reviews. We may suspend service for practices that put your account or ours at risk.

6. Text and email messaging

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive texts and emails related to Review Digger’s services, such as your Free Google Review Check, setup, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. For help, contact [email]. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For our customers’ end customers: review requests are sent on behalf of the business that served you. Reply STOP to opt out.

7. AI features

Where we offer AI features (such as AI review replies), they’re assistive tools. On plans with approval, you review drafts before they post. You’re responsible for anything posted under your business name. AI output may contain errors.

8. Third-party services

Review Digger relies on third parties, including Google and our messaging and payment providers. We don’t control them, and changes or outages on their end may affect the service.

9. Reviews

We don’t control what customers write. Reviews belong to the people who write them and are governed by Google’s policies. We can’t guarantee any number of reviews, ratings, search rankings, calls, or revenue.

10. Intellectual property

We own Review Digger’s website, tools, and brand. You own your business content, logos, and customer data. You give us permission to use them to provide the service.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time, subject to Section 3. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or violations of these terms. After termination, access to your account and badges may end.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Review Digger isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of law or these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes will be handled in the courts of [county], Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
